1. Order Processing and Fulfilment
We operate as an agent between you (the customer) and our trusted third-party suppliers.
Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our supplier for fulfilment and shipment.
Because our products are custom-made or printed-on-demand, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is:
Defective,
Damaged,
Or significantly different from the description provided.
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the problem.
Wrong Item Received:
If the item received is not the one you ordered.
Once we review and approve your claim, you may choose between:
A full refund, or A replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment.
3. Items Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Change of mind.
Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer (please refer carefully to sizing charts before ordering).
Delays in shipping outside our control (customs, natural disasters, carrier issues).
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders are processed automatically by our suppliers and cannot be cancelled or changed.
